About the coffee:
Discover the rich and exotic flavors of our Papua New Guinea Kunjin Single Origin Coffee, sourced from the lush Waghi Valley in the Western Highlands. Grown at elevations of 1,400–1,900 meters by smallholder farmers, this washed coffee is a blend of Arusha, Bourbon and Typica varieties, delivering a full-bodied cup with a smooth, velvety texture. Expect a complex flavor profile with tasting notes of chocolate malt, marshmellow, almond, and clove, complemented by subtle hints of melon, pear, and cola. The coffee’s low acidity and syrupy sweetness, accented by herbal and spice undertones, make it a crowd-pleasing yet distinctive brew.
Crafted with care, cherries are hand-picked, depulped, and fermented for 24–48 hours before being washed and sun-dried on tarpaulins for three to six days, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. Perfect for those who enjoy a bold, smooth coffee with a lingering, chocolatey finish, this Kunjin coffee is ideal for drip, pour-over, or espresso. Available in 12oz whole bean or ground options, freshly roasted to preserve its vibrant aroma and flavor
